COD Policy

Welcome to RAREMENDAK! We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for our valued customers. Please read our COD policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions associated with this payment method.

1. Verification

• For COD customers, verification will be done via call/WhatsApp/email to prevent filter out fake orders.
• Verification will be done within 1-2 days of order date
• Ensure your contact information is accurate and reachable for order confirmation.
• Incase, a genuine customer who could not confirm his/her order due to a genuine reason please drop us a mail support@raremendak.com & we shall gladly process your order.

2. Payment

• Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.
• Please ensure that you have the exact amount as our delivery personnel may not carry change.

3. Non-Delivery

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to deliver the order up to 02 times.
• After unsuccessful attempts, the order will be canceled and returned to us.
• We might not be able to fulfil the Cash on Delivery order even after confirmation if address seems incomplete to us

4. Order Cancellation

• COD orders can be canceled maximum within 1 hour of placing the order only on the order date. Please contact our customer service team at support@raremendak.com for cancellations.
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refusing to accept the order upon delivery will result in a suspension of COD privileges for future orders.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Our standard return and refund policy applies to COD orders. Please refer to Return and Refund Policy for more details.
• Refunds for returned COD orders will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
